Re: Skincare routine help

@Cjappert It looks like you've got some great products there!  What type of skin do you have (dry, oily, combination), and what are your skincare goals?  It looks like you've got quite a range of products.

#CLINIQUE Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm Makeup Remover 6.7 oz/ 200 mL  -- cleansing balm, great for removing make up or SPF at the end of the day as the first cleanse, you'd want to use a cleanser after this as well to make sure there's no residue left on your skin

Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel -- This would be a good cleanser to follow up the make up remover balm. Or as a single cleanse

Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant Powder Exfoliant with Salicylic Acid and Rice Enzymes 2.6oz/73 grams -- this is an exfoliating cleanser, add a bit of water to the powder and it will act as a mechanical exfoliator.  I know this says daily, but depending on your skin type, and even then I would only use it a few times a week.

Sunday Riley Luna Retinol Sleeping Night Oil  -- A night oil with retinol in it.  This should help with fine lines, texture and sometimes acne as well.  Retinol can also make your skin photo sensitive so you want to be sure to be using a good SPF during the day if you're using this at night.  I would put this on before my moisturizer at night.

Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow PHA + BHA Pore-Tight Toner Limited Edition 5.07 oz / 150 mL -- this is what I would call an essence.  I'd use this after washing my face.  It's got hydrating properties but also exfoliates to help smooth out your skin.  This is one I would start off with only a few times a week and work up to as well depending on your skin type.

Tatcha The Texture Tonic AHA Liquid Exfoliating Treatment 5.07 oz/ 150 mL  -- this would be similar to the Glow Recipe.

Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Exfoliating Toner for Clear Skin -- Again, similar to the two products above.

Tatcha Mini Luminous Dewy Skin Mist 2-in-1 Hydrator & Finishing Spray 0.4 oz/ 12 mL - I think this is what you've got there.  I like to use a product like this to mist after i'm done my make up to take down any powder or through the day to give my self a refreshing mist.

Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare Alpha Beta® Universal Daily Peel Pads - These are also exfoliants, they'll help to smooth skin.

Biossance Marine Algae Eye Cream Duo - This is an eye cream.  Great morning and night to help moisturize the delicate skin around your eyes.

Tatcha The Dewy Skin Cream Plumping & Hydrating Refillable Moisturizer -- A hydrating moisturizer, good for morning or night.

Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare Advanced Retinol + Ferulic Triple Correction Eye Serum 0.5 oz/ 15 mL  - An eye serum with retinol in it.  I would use this at night under my eye moisturizer.

Biossance Mini Squalane + Vitamin C Rose Firming Oil - A great hydrator.  I use this under my moisturizer when my skin is extra dry for a boost of hydration.

Tatcha Mini Indigo Overnight Repair Serum in Cream Treatment 0.34 oz / 10 mL This is a night cream.  A heavier moisturizer to help your skin at night drink in some added hydration.

How I would put these all together really depends on your skin type and goals.  I would be careful not to use too many exfoliants too close together.  You can strip your skin barrier and it'll take some time to get it back.  Generally speaking an AM routine would be to gentle cleanse, use an essence, then moisturize and then SPF.  At night I would use the cleansing balm, the gentle cleanser, an exfoliator a few times a week, the oil, then the night moisturizer.

Wow thank you so much! I have combination skin with main focus on pores, uneven texture and fine lines

Re: Skincare routine help

@Cjappert  It’s hard to see exactly what all the products are but I can say the Clinique cleanser is great to take your makeup off. I can’t tell if there’s another cleanser there if there was I would use the Clinique first and another one second. I really love to double cleanse. I’ll get to the acids next. I know the DDG pads, the PC exfoliate is that an acid or a physical? And I can’t tell the Tatcha tall bottle if that’s their tonic aha so I would only use 1 acid a day. I’ve personally used to much and hurt my skin barrier and it’s not worth it. I would choose one and use it at night. The Biossance vitamin c oil I definitely recognize and I use my vitamin first thing in the morning and I use a moisturizer after you could definitely use the tatcha dewy skin cream. The tatcha over night cream I would use after the acid. The rest I can’t exactly tell. Can you tag them?
