Skincare Routine For 21 Year Old

Hi guys! I'm looking for help to get a good skincare routine going. I want to prevent aging, and have healthy, glowing skin. Would also love some recommendations for good face sunscreens to wear daily. Thanks!

Fellow 21-year old here haha. Fresh's products are consistently holy-grails for me, especially their Soy Face cleanser, Rose Deep Hydration Cream, and Rose Face Mask. Super gently but also very effective. For an SPF I actually recommend Glossier's Invisible Shield. It's clear and gel and it's one of the only formulas I've found myself motivated to use because it's not gloopy or oily and it's never broken me out. Best of luck!!

Prevention at its best starts when you’re in ur early 20s. I’d highly suggest focusing on hydration + protection (SPF). Also knowing what skintype you have is useful to choosing the right products for ur skin. Start with a gentle cleanser, treatments like a vitamin C serum highly recommend Drunk elephants c firma then moisturiser. Basic yet preventative skincare!

With Regards to a skincare routine- I recommend you figure out what products suit your skin type. I have very sensitive skin, so shiseido, amore pacific, Cle de peau, etc work best for me. Have you seen a dermatologist? They can be very helpful with choosing the correct products for your skin type. Anyhow. To answer your question on a sunscreen... Amore Pacific sunscreen is my current favorite! Love that it doesn’t leave your skin oily + greasy- & no white Casper look- ha. Before getting hooked on amore Pacific, I used the shiseido SPF line for many, many years- no complaints

Good sunscreen to use is SUPERGOOP! - Unseen Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 40 and COOLA - Full Spectrum 360° Sun Silk Drops SPF 30 or COOLA - Mineral Sun Silk Crème SPF 30
