I love skin care, more than make up now a days. I do wear make up every now and then but not that often. What are some of your favorite skin care brands? I do like cruelty free skin care, but feel free to list any brands!

Alright so I'm a licensed Esthetician and part of my training was actually researching skin care brands from Sephora! I've learned that everyone's skin is so unique and special! It's a corner of the beauty market where reviews are kind of pointless and actually really unhelpful. Because someone with oily skin is not going to like anything for dry skin. It's a matter of educating yourself on your own skin, common ingredients and how to treat yourself. For my own personal needs: Dry, sensitive skin that's prone to ingrown hairs. What does this mean as far as products? It's means I need a calming cleanser with minimal essential oils (that might irritate my skin), and won't strip all the moisture out of my face! Next I need an exfoliation to help prevent ingrown hairs and help shed my dull, dry skin. I like a Physical and Chemical blend in my exfoliators, but I need to make sure I do t get anything with Salysilic acid because that'll only exaspperate my dryness. Now I need a moisturizer with really great skin penetration so it's fully absorbed, but again I don't want alot of essential oils because that'll irritate. Finally, I want a strong SPF to protect my skin! My products: Korres Greek Yoghurt Cleanser, Dermalogica Thermofoliant, FRESH Lotus Moisturizer and/or BELIF Aqua Bomb, dermalogica SPF 5P

Boscia, Dr. Jart and Ole Henricksen are brands that I generally trust any of their products - esp Dr. Jart. I also like Philosophy and the Origins products I've tried.

Fresh is awesome for moisture! I've used three of their moisturizers and I've loved every single one. Peter Thomas Roth is great when it comes to masks for me, the Pumpkin Enzyme mask is a favorite. Caudalie is a great brand too- their Vine[activ] glow activating serum visibly reduced the color of my acne scarring.

I like Belif & Tatcha! I have sensitive & acne prone skin. These too works wonders!
