Skin Cycling mid 40's and Daily products needed

I am in my mid 40's, oily skin, large pores.

 

I would like a suggestion for as few steps as possible to get my skin to the next level.

 

Right now I

AM: Wash face, light moisturizer and sunscreen

PM: Wash with cerave gentle cleanser, Tula Pro gycolic resurfacing toner, a tret cream, retinol eye cream and moisuturiser 

 

Is this regimine okay? Anything I should change or add?  Should I skin cycle instead of using my tret 5 nights a week?
