Re: Simple skincare routine

@jarealsgirl CeraVe has some nice products for sensitive skin.  Drugstore pricing.  🙂

@greeneyedgirl107 love that you are always sharing CeraVe. I enjoy lots of their products too! Which are some of your favorites?

Re: Simple skincare routine

@ShortErica It's such a great line.  I adore their PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion.  I also think their eye cream is good, although I'm not good at using eye creams consistently for some reason.  Also like their body lotion.  The Hydrating Cleanser is popular among many of my friends and I've read a lot of rave reviews, but I've yet to try it!

The only thing I don't care for is that it seems they've introduced a few items that are subpar since they were bought by L'Oreal.  I was so excited until I took a look at the ingredient lists.

Re: Simple skincare routine

@greeneyedgirl107 I used CeraVe PM for both AM and PM. I recently tried the CeraVe baby lotion because it has fairly similar ingredients, the ceramides and niacinamide, but would be a cheaper cost. It is thicker because of the emulsifying wax so I'm not sure it is a substitute. It wasn't bad though just different purpose.

I use the hydrating cleanser. It is a perfect second step for a double cleanse. Doesn't remove makeup but leaves the skin feeling great. I'm still trying to find my perfect first step.

I also really enjoyed the CeraVe skin renewing night cream. Has the ceramides, niacinamide, as well as peptides and I think hyaluronic acid maybe.

I have a sample of the AM but like sunscreen as a separate step. We'll see how it goes.

Also curious to retest the PM and cleanser because I heard they possibly reformulated recently. Please no!

Re: Simple skincare routine

Thanks for the insight @ShortErica !  I really hope they didn't change those two products - I wish companies would leave well enough alone!  I just re-purchased the PM, so I'll be good for a while.  Let me know if you find anything out!  Enjoy 🙂
