Should I scrub my face?

Few days ago I got a reaction to a new moisturizer. I got white bumps all over my face but now they’re drying out but still bumpy. Should I make a scrub at home with brown sugar and honey and scrub or is it too early? Will I get another reaction? Should I wait a few more days?

I would personally stay away from physical scrubs as they can irritate the skin and go towards an exfoliant with BHA.

Thanks! I think I’ll just wait for it to go away on its own. I don’t want to try anything new and make it worse
