Search for Sunscreen!

Looking for a sunscreen suggestion that works well under makeup. I am very fair and I am embarking on a trip to Asia soon where it is very hot and humid! I would love for something that would work with my dry skin without leaving my makeup flaky or streaky. Thanks!

@AllieGH not for under makeup...but I really like Super Goop's SPF setting spray. I like that it can go over makeup so it can he reaplied throughout the day. highly recommend 😊

IMAGE skincare carries a 32spf matte moisturizer. Smells great, not heavy, works well under makeup. My medispa carries it, not at Sephora unfortunately.

- La Roche Posay Anthelios ultra slight sunscreen fluid SPF 60. Super liquidy and goes on smooth and absorbs quickly. Doesn't mess with makeup at all. And fragrance free, which is a huge bonus for me. However, is chemical only sunscreen. I do wear this every day when I don't plan on being on a beach all day. There are certainly merits to physical suncreens.

-If you want something similar in texture that also has physical sunscreens in it, Shiseido urban environment (it's a combo physical + chemical sunscreen) is quite good, although I stopped using it when I went to fragrance free sunscreens.

-Clarins UV plus tinted sunscreen is also similar in texture and is also combination chemical/physical sunscreens. It actually has such good coverage that I don't wear foundation or tinted moisturizer with it. The only issue is that you can't use as much of it or reapply frequently as it ends up being too much tint.

Try COOLA - Mineral Face SPF 30 - Matte Tint 🙂 it feels really nice and not sticky. I’ll be bringing mine to Vietnam in March

Hi @AllieGH I am a big fan of Josie Maran’s Argan Oil Moisturizer with SPF. It is hydrating and also comes in a tinted version. In my opinion, it wears well under makeup.
