SOMEBODY HELP MY SKIN

On some days my face will be oily on others it will be dry and sometimes i get random out bursts I don’t use any special soaps i just use Irish Spring bar soap Please help Ps I have very sensitive skin

Let me know what you purchase and also take pics of your skin week by week to see results and comparisons once you began using the new items. @Anonymous please stop using the Soap bar immediately !! If you do nothing else today please please don’t put that soap onto your sensitive face. First your skin is most likely very unbalanced the PH level is probably all over the place hence why some days your oily and may be dry and may be irritated. Bar soap has a lot of chemicals in it for shelf life so a lot of stuff in it is not made for sensitive skin especially for face areas. I suggest you go to a derma asap or if not start with the drunk elephant line of products at Sephora or a very gentle cleanser and a toner that will bring your skin PH levels back to normal -P50 from BR type it up online you’ll find it right away. In the next few weeks once you change your cleanser and incorporate a toner and moisturizer your skin will react as it’s trying to get back to learning it’s natural healing and balance but trust me no more soap bar girl😘.

@Anonymous The Irish Spring is likely irritating your skin. For one, it is a bar soap which has irritating binding agents.  For two, it has fragrance.  I highly rec using a liquid cleanser.  FAB Face Cleanser is amazing!

The fragrance in Irish Spring could be an issue for your skin if it is sensitive.

Hi there! Since you mentioned you have sensitive skin, I suggest finding a different facial cleanser. It doesn’t have to be anything fancy, but something good for your face. If you aren’t already using a moisturizer, I would start. Perhaps, the outbursts of oiliness are due to lack of hydration. Keep it simple, and you can add on later. Good luck!

Consider trying the Erno Laszlo Sensitive Cleansing Duo! It's fairly cheap and should be able to keep your skin clean without any unwanted effects!
