Recommendations for crepey skin

Can anyone suggest products to treat a small section of crepey skin on my forehead?  I've recently been targeting discolouration from sun damage with a combo of tranexamic acid and vitamin C, which has worked for the pigment, but now one of the spots has developed an annoying wrinkly texture that I'd like to address.

I'm 44 with fairly normal skin, no known allergies to ingredients, and price is not an issue if something works well.

@sandykat79 I'm 48. My absolute favorite moisturizer is Augustinus Bader The Ultimate Soothing Cream Refillable Moisturizer but it's very expensive and I buy the refill each Sephora sale. A very nice less expensive option is Tatcha The Dewy Skin Cream Plumping & Hydrating Refillable Moisturizer . Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare Vitamin C Lactic Dewy Deep Cream 2 oz / 60 mL is also very good and it can double as your Vitamin C product.
