Purging??

Recently got Paul’s choice 2% BHA to help with ski texture and clogged pores and I’m noticing I’m starting to get skin flesh colored bumps across my forehead and chin?? Is this purging?? Or?? Should I stop using the product? I don’t have a picture right now but I’ve only used it twice and I only use it twice a week.
