Im 20, and I got this as my promo with my last order, but I have no idea what to expect from this... I use serums, but
1. is this better during the day or at night?

2. It says apply twice daily, so does that mean use 2 packets (1 morning, 1 night) or split 1 packet to use twice? 

3. What results have you guys seen and what do you guys expect? I don't think I'll see many results bc im still young 😛

@eshaaaaa Hi there! We recommend to use Potent-C™ Power Serum twice daily. Split one packette in half to use both in the morning and evening for 7 days. Wishing you beautiful skin!

My skin is smoother after 2 days. But dang this is an oily cream. Putting it on before bed is fine because I wake up and it's all absorbed, but in the AM I have to put it on then go do other things before I can put make up on.

I wish @peterthomasroth would comment on the separation. Are we supposed to massage the packets?  Mine comes out in a white cream separated from a clear oil.   Also, the packets says to use twice daily.  Is that a must?  If so, then should one packet be split between AM and PM? I am thinking this formula may be too oily for me for AM.  Please respond.

Hi there! Thank you so much for letting us know about your experience. Because of the high potency of this serum, the best way for it to be dispensed is from an airless pump like our full-size version. Rest assured, the separation is only a consistency issue and in no way relates to or affects the serum’s efficacy. We recommend massaging the packette a little bit before dispensing and continue applying as directed. Wishing you beautiful skin!

Thanks @peterthomasroth!  I tried another packet, and the consistency was much better when I squished the contents around before opening. Appreciate your reply before I jumped to any conclusions (or wasted all my samples trying various things!)

The product seemed to be separated in the packet--when I squeeze the packet it looks like a clear liquid and a white cream separated in my hand. Is anyone else experiencing this? Not sure what the best method is.

ABOUT THE TEXTURE: I do not have the sample packets but have been using the full size product since it came out 1-2 months ago. I also tried a sample from the store before I purchased. I have not experienced the separation you guys are describing, even with the store sample sitting in the small container. I would definitely massage the packets first to see if it results in a creamy yet thin, pale peach/white solution. ABOUT THE AMOUNT: Here is my experience.... I started out using 2 pumps, but considering the price and the absorption I was observing, I cut back to one pump. Now all of the product absorbs and I’m still seeing results. I don’t know how big the packets are, but I’ve learned that a little goes a long way. I would try splitting each packet between morning and night- or going all in at night and using something different/skipping for daytime. Hope this is helpful!

I got a bad batch as well. The formula has separated and comes out as a clear liquid and clumpy white bits. I've tried decanting and mixing it but it still separates =/

I experienced the same... clear, oily liquid separated from white thick clumps. PTR, is this normal or was it a bad batch?

I had the same issue @MCWoodlands, and found the product very oily and difficult to massage in, it sat on the skin surface .  I also wondered if it was a bad batch. Seemed odd for a 'serum'.

It's unfortunate. Looks like some people really like this serum, and I was hoping to see whether to get it during the sale in a few days. But it is just too expensive if the product separates like this!

I have just started using this product today.

Are you supposed to use this product before or after your toner?  And can i just follow with my eye cream, moisturiser and day/night cream as usual?

@lauralized Hi there! Use Potent-C™ Power Serum after applying toner and before eye cream and moisturizer! As a general rule, apply your skin care regimen in order of lightest consistency to thick. Wishing you beautiful skin!

Yes, continue using your normal regimen and apply this serum between your toner and moisturizing steps. Or, if you use essence, use this between essence and moisturizer.

I just finished day 2. Skin seems somewhat brighter. I usually use retin a at night. I’ve read before that retin a and vit c should not be used at the same time. Is this true of this product?
