Peter Thomas Roth Mask Half Full ?

I ordered the Peter Thomas Roth Blue Marine Algae Mask and received it in the mail today.  I've used smaller sizes of the jar masks before (the 1.7 oz jars), but not the 5 oz ones.  This one arrived about half full, and seems.....rather empty to me.  Is this normal for this size ? Or have you guys experienced these jars to be mostly full ?
