Cicapair Tiger Grass serum by Dr. Jart worked for me. It's green in the bottle (which combats the redness of PO acne) but turns flesh-ish colored as you rub it in. The cica and tiger grass helped to calm the flare-ups for me. HTH! DR. JART+ - Cicapair™ Tiger Grass Re.Pair Serum
