PSORIASIS PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS

Looking for recommendations for dry, sensitive and flaky skin. I am a 24yo female with uneven facial textures due to my psoriasis skin condition. I am looking to find suitable solutions and skincare/makeup product recommendations that can help to improve the texture of my skin so as to allow my makeup application to appear smoother. I have been dealing with very dry skin which makes my foundation (fenty beauty pro filt’r foundation) cling onto my dry patches and my undereye to crease each time I apply my concealer (tarte shape tape). Is there any suitable foundation/primer/concealer that is hydrating and will not aggravate my psoriasis further? My psoriasis patch on the forehead and nose is very prominent and it would be of great help if anyone could recommend me skincare brands/products!

I suffer from the same thing and I have had great luck with the Farmacy line of products they even have a cbd moisturizer if you're interested

I was born with psoriasis and lived with patches of it until I discovered the hemp line of products from the Body Shop. Im not going to say it is a miracle product, perhaps I just got lucky, who knows. I would however strongly suggest you give their hemp balm a try and wouldnt be at all surprised if you see a considerable change for the better. It is cheap to buy, and very soothing and moisturizing, and was 100 times better than anything else Ive used over the years.
