Over 30 skin care routine

Hi, I am a 32 yo female who needs education on skin care. I have never been taught so I have no routine. All I use is aveeno ecsema cream at night and sun screen in the morning. I know I am failing here and I am beginning to get wrinkles and fine lines. Please help me to keep my skin clean, firm and moistirized!

Hi 🙂 so  first step you need a good cleanser for your type of skin, and you will wash your face morning and night 

Step- 2 you need a good toner to help your pores prep for the next step it's really important

Step-3 a serum i would recommande a serum with maby retinol, peptides collagène or acid hyaluronic for hydratation and tigth skin

Step 4- eye cream 

Step 5- face cream base on your skin type again it's really important to know what type of skin you are so you dont dammage your skin (again day and night)

And finally step 5 sunscreen everyday! Really important even if its winter 🙂

Thats what's a good skin care looks like but it's not an obligation but the most important part is really the cleansing and hydratation part 🙂

 have you tried a vitamin c serum or retinol?

I have not. I have never really understood what the serums are or what they are for 🤣 I am so new it's ridiculous.
