Old Dark Spots - Help!

I have dry skin and used to have bad hormonal acne but I get fewer here and there around my chin and contour cheek area. 

What product is a guaranteed result for OLD acne scarring/dark spots on my chin? I have reddish/brown spots all around my chin as if freckles right now. 

I use Kiehl's Midnight Recovery serum, PTR Vitamin C Brightening mask and sunscreen. I haven't seen any brightening results.
