New skin routine

Hi, 

I'm 31 and trying to adopt a new skincare routine that deals with my blackheads and whiteheads. I currently have a combination skin, sometimes oily and sometimes dry depending on the weather. I don't know if my current night routine is doing the proper job. I'm using dirty works creamy cleanser, Lush breath of fresh air toner and Paula's Choice BHA. I finish it off with vanishing cream by lush as my moisturizer. Is there a better recommendation for dealing with blackheads and I'm I suppose to use the BHA every night? In the morning I just apply La Roche Posey Sunscreen Lotion SPF50 and I don't wear any makeup. I would love to have a clear and healthy skin.

May I ask,  are you doing a double cleanse to help remove and break down your daily SPF? @Wildcurly

I just cleanse once not double cleanse. I have sensitive skin and aside from the sunblock I don't use any makeup not a fan of it and my goal is to have clear skin.

Drunk Elephant may be expensive, but it works. I also have combination skin and all the Drunk Elephant purchases I've made worked out.
