Moisturizer

Im 12 years old, i have very dry skin and i started makeup last year on may, but my skin has been so dry and always cakes up my makeup. Im saving up money to buy a good moisturizer so any recommendations?also please not that expensive!!

i would recommend the bora bora repair moisturizer, it’s on the expensive side, but it lasts a while and helps restore a healthy skin barrier.

@annieH12 @Skin Food is a Korean skincare brand that is reasonable. Or you can look into sister brand of Glow Recipe, Sweet Chef. Other brands that are affordable are the Inkey List and The Ordinary.

@annieH12 are you using any other skincare? I would try the Cerave Moisturizing cream, which is pretty affordable. You can also layer aquaphor or vaseline over your moisturizer before bed and then wipe it off in the morning before you wash your face.

I use the elf moisturizer before my makeup but it dosent really help.

@annieH12 which one? The daily hydrating moisturizer? if so, the face cream might be a little richer and more hydrating. The Cerave I mentioned might also be a good option. Try putting it on when your face is still a little damp. The aquaphor or vaseline on the driest parts at night might also help.
