Moisturizer with SPF

Hi guys,

I'm looking for a moisturizer with SPF. I like to use it for days I'm mostly inside. When I'm outside, I layer a separate SPF over my moisturizer. My go-to is Clinique Moisture Surge. have normal to dry skin - slightly sensitive. I'm really not a fan of scents and hoping the cream doesn't leave much of a white cast. I've been looking at the Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cream with SPF and the Philosophy Renewed Hope in a Jar with SPF. Has anyone tried these? Any thoughts on them?

I don't think either items are sold at Sephora but for chemical sunscreen, I really like Mario Badescu Moisture Magnet. My favorite sunscreen for dry winters. It has the chemical sunscreen smell though. No whitecast but it's too heavy in summer for me. For summer, I love PCA Perfecting Protection. I have sensitive skin and I have never been able to tolerate physical sunscreens until PCA (face would be dry and itchy). It has a grapefruit smell from the extract but it goes away quickly. There is some whitecast but it goes away after a few minutes. It pills if you rub it in, which isn't bad imo. It forces me to apply the proper amount of sunscreen to my face instead of just rubbing a small amount and calling it a day. Makeup does not pill on top of PCA. I prefer PCA since my skin looks more healthy overall with it but it's not enough for winter, sadly.

supergoop has amazing products that layer well with makeup. Also if your looking for a more drug store friendly brand then CeraVe has a great facial moisturizer with spf protection

Hello! Here are my thoughts. I have not used the products you are looking at but.... I can say this. I purchased the Supergoop! moisturizer with spf and it was greasy and my skin hated it. It was too heavy to wear under makeup and I had little red bumps after using it. I find using a moisturizer separate from spf tends to work better. I purchased the Supergoop! unseen suncreen and its incredible! It works great as a primer before makeup and dries quick. Hope this is helpful😎

@plm95 I’ve used PHILOSOPHY - Renewed Hope in A Jar SPF 30 Moisturizer

it was a good moisturizer. I ultimately ended up switching to DRUNK ELEPHANT - Umbra™ Sheer Physical Daily Defense Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 30.

@plm95 I haven't tried those but I'm a die-hard fan of the JOSIE MARAN - Argan Daily Moisturizer SPF 47.It's hydrating, absorbs well, and doesn't leave a white cast. No strong scent, either.
