Moisturizer that won’t clog pores?

Hi, I’m looking for a moisturizer that won’t clog my pores. My big skin issues are large pores and black heads. I have dry skin too so I obviously need something. Thanks for any help!

Tatcha water gel or water cream and PTR clOud cream. Rehydrates oily/combo skin without clogging pores and getting you greasy!
