Moisturizer for young skin

My daughter is just turning 13. Her face is dry and sensitive and I have heard that there are moisturizers that should not be used on young skin, and that it could actually be damaging.  Im wondering if anyone has heard this and most importantly if anyone can recommend a clean, product that works?

Moisturizers are great for everyone!!! However, young skin doesn't need all the anti aging and damage repair many Moisturizers do include.

This is an affordable moisturizer for Dry clean that is clean. I checked the ingredients and there are good for youth skin. This is for the skin barrier, so it doesn't firm or retexture, just Hydration to her skin 🙂
