Milia

Hi, I have slight milia under eyes. Not so bad to get extracted but atthe same time cant ignore too. Tried pixi glow tonic alternate night for a monrh but did not notice any change. Any recommendations and remidies fir it? Thanks. Edit: Thanks allfor the responses. As you mentioned, will try pixi daily and see if thst works and then will try the other recommended.

Re: Milia

@sephy1

you need a stronger acid as suggested below. I use one specifically for the eye area and never get milia anymore; it’s a bit on the expensive side however if i’m putting acids near my eyes i’m going to be careful.

DR. DENNIS GROSS SKINCARE - Ferulic + Retinol Triple Correction Eye Serum

Re: Milia

@sephy1 Does using it daily also have no effect? You can try that first.

Else, since the tonic contains glycolic acid (an AHA), you can look into chemical exfoliants or peels that contain both AHA and BHA (salicylic acid), so that the BHA can reach into and clean your pores.

Do you have a budget? If you're looking for a new toner, I hear good things about CosRX AHA/BHA toner.

Serum, I really like DRUNK ELEPHANT - NightBright™ Resurfacing Duo

and mix the serum and oil together. It may be strong so patch test and try once a week first and increase frequency if your skin tolerates it.

Mask, Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Sukari Babyfacial™ AHA + BHA Mask 1.69 oz/ 50 mLor The Ordinary AHA 30% + BHA 2% High-Strength Peeling Solution for Brightening 1 oz/ 30 mL

are some popular ones. Be careful in the beginning because these are strong!

Don't forget sunscreen!

RE: Milia

I had milia in the chin area and tried ice rolling. I bought a cheap facial ice roller off Amazon and it’s the best thing ever! I’ve tried everything from mud masks to AHAs and BHAs and no major results, but the ice rolling worked best!
