Makeup pilling

Hey so recently, whenever I put on concealer, my under eyes crease so bad and my acne dots really pill. I was wondering why because I use moisturizer and I feel like my skin is super prepped but I have no idea what else to do. My concealer is the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer with Hydrating Medium Coverage or the #Elf Concealer. It creases for both. Any other recommendations??? Thank you so so much!!
