Looking for a toner

I am currently using the glycolic acid toner by the ordinary once a day at night and am trying to incorporate the niacinamide from the ordinary. I tried the ethylated vitamin c and it made my skin react. My current moisturizer is the Egyptian Magic skin cream and its almost done. Im looking for a sustainable routine to buy and would like to incorporate the topicals faded cream as well. Thank you for the help!!

Maybe both? But balancing would be good.
