LANCER The Method: Polish versus DR. BRANDT Microdermabrasion Exfoliator

I'm in need of a new exfoliator and am currently a bit torn between the LANCER The Method: Polish, and DR. BRANDT Age Defying Microdermabrasion Exfoliator.

I received deluxe minis of each of these, and after testing them interchangeably for a couple weeks I really liked the results and overall feel of both. I'm curious if anyone has tested these more extensively, possibly having purchased full sizes of both products before? I'd love some insights from anyone who has used them longer term; did you see more results with one over the other?

Lancer seems to be a better value at 4.2oz for $75, whereas Dr Brandt is only 2oz for $79, but the latter also has a larger following / more reviews with a higher rating. Any perspective is appreciated!

FWIW I'm in my late 20's with oily, olive-but-pale toned, breakout-prone skin. I have large pores on my nose and a little on my chin; I also have some dark spots from past breakouts, but I do currently focus on fading those with a Dior serum, so it's not imperative that this new scrub help with them (but it's always nice).

I had the exact same question. What did you decide on?

LANCER The Method: Polish versus DR. BRANDT Microdermabrasion Exfoliator

if you don't want to go out and spend a bunch money on an exfoliator, just mix together 1tbsp of coconut oil and 2tbsp of sugar. then put it on your face and rub on your face (in circular motions) for 60 seconds. rinse and apply lotion. it works super well for me because i personally have super dry skin, but hey, it's worth a shot.
