Inquiry about a Product

Hey Everyone! I just had a quick question. I love Kiehls; it’s the number one skincare brand I guess. However, recently I restocked to of my go to items, and the applicator to squeeze out the droplets in my hand is partially broken and I cannot fill the syringe all the way. Was just curious if this was the case for other people as well?

@AnnaBanana8032 @I have never had that happen with my Kiehl’s products. I would exchange it for a new one.
