ISO FACE PRIMER

Hi everyone! I need some help finding a good primer for myself. My skin is pretty normal; I have individual dry spots but my main concern is my oily T-zone! I don't wear foundation or powder since they tend to make my T-zone more oily, but I really want that smooth and blurred effect, so preferably something that won't stay tacky as I don't need it to hold anything. If you have another product that isn't a primer I would really appreciate any suggestions! Thanks!

I've been using the Tatcha Silk Canvas the last several times I've done my makeup and it has done wonders! I'm not a very oily person as it is, but I do have dry patches around my eyes and nose and this stuff is amazing! My skin is so smooth
