Hormonal acne HELP

I've always had minimal acne due to a super heavy birth control, but I switched it about 10 months ago and have been getting pretty regular breakouts on my forehead. Any tips for keeping clean/helping with acne scars as they come? I know if it is hormonal no product will really get rid of the problem, but I feel like I've been getting a lot more oily around my T-zone and have been experiencing painful breakouts and tons of nose blackheads.
