Help with dry skin

for back to school I really want a glow up and glowy skin not oily but glowy. I have dry skin that makes my makeup sit weird and not look the best. I also have kp on the lower cheek area of my face that’s also really red. Help what products should I use?

My favorite get glowy skin product is using 

Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops Serum 1.35 oz/ 40 mL after my moisturizer and before my makeup. It gives a light glow 🌟 

I have dry skin to, so I always use a moisturizer and pat it into my skin while it's still damp from washing to pull that extra moisture into my skin. @caitlingm2011
