Help me get rid of acne scars!!!!

So I have a bad habit of picking my skin and my acne (I know really horrible but it’s from having anxiety) anyways I need help getting rid of the scars because they’re making me feel insecure AF any recommendations?

I’ve had surgery and have scars on my stomach, I use Mederma Advanced Scar gel or the cream and it has significantly improved the look! I googled it and it says it is safe for facial use ! Definitely look into it a bit more ! But I’ve had a very positive result with consistent use ! It did not take the scars away fully but have definitely made them WAY less noticeable!
