Fungal Acne

Hi! I have acne-prone skin but thankfully have learned to regulate it with the right skincare products for my skin type. However I started to get fungal acne last week, most likely because of the sudden sweat and humidity my skin was exposed to. I tried using Peter Thomas Roth’s Glycolic Moisturizer as usual to calm what I thought was acne, but the moisturized environment made my skin worse. I have researched lots and found that anti-dandruff shampoo actually works in reducing this! I was wondering if others had this experience and if the fungal acne comes back easily even after it’s completely gone? I’m just afraid now to break a sweat from exercise or to expose myself to a humid environment again, if it will give me fungal acne again. Thanks!

I find cleansers make the biggest difference for this. My faves are
