Foundation for perioral dermatitis

Desperately seeking recommendations for makeup foundation for when suffering with perioral dermatitis please! (I also suffer with eczema and melasma, and have very sensitive skin)

 

Any recommendations for other gut health/food eliminations to prevent flairs? Or any other useful suggestions?!

 

I'm already gluten free, dairy free, limited sugar, and I'm still suffering and cannot find the missing link/cause?!
