Foundation for Rosacea

I have Rosacea.  Typically the redness on my cheeks, however this Winter has wreaked havoc on it and it's red with dryness.  When I wear foundation I'm getting the dry patches and it's awful!  I like some coverage due to the redness but I also like a dewy glowy look.  Any recommendations for foundation? I've been using Make Up Forever Matte Velvet.

If you have dry peeling skin I would stay away from anything matte. You can definitely get coverage with dewy foundations. My go to is the MAC face and body. As someone with super dry, flaky skin, this has been one of the only foundations that doesn’t accentuate my dryness. You can apply it with your hand and just blend it in or you can use a brush. The coverage is not the best but you can layer it to get medium coverage.

Another one of my favs is NARS sheer glow. Super soft, dewy foundation and can give you medium to full coverage.

This might be a little expensive but the Koh Gen Do moisturizer foundation is great.
