Hello my fellow skincare junkies!
Wondering what your current favourite or go to eye creams are...
I have fair, dry and acne prone skin. I have dark circles under my eyes and sometimes wakeup with some puffiness. Looking forward to your recommendations!

@Boudreau My skin issues are a bit different from yours, so my favorite undereye products might not work well for you. My undereyes are very dry, but I also have very textured tear troughs and lines (fine and deep; I’ve earned those lines with 48 years of smiles and laughter!). My undereye darkness is caused by hollow troughs/sunken skin and, occasionally, allergies and/or lack of sleep. [EDIT: sunken skin darkness can’t be fixed with a topical product; I’d need a dermal filler for that. For allergies, I usually pop an antihistamine anyway; this can reduce pressure that causes that allergy darkness, though sometimes I also get “allergy shiners” by simply rubbing my eyes too much.]
Here’s what I use on my eye area after a hydrating cleanser:

Hi @WinglessOne thank you so very much for such a detailed reply to my question! I appreciate your note that we have different skin types, but I still am interested in a number of products you mentioned! Specifically, Youth to the People, Farmacy Cherry (hearing alot of mixed reviews about this one) and Dr. Dennis. Unfortunately, the Ordinary for me is not a good match - it destroyed my skin in the few short days I used it.....anything with retinol i'm trying to avoid as i've heard once you start, you really can't stop. Thank you again!!!
I’ve tried so many eye creams, Philosophy, Origins, Algenist, FAB just to name a few. But I keep going back to DERMA-DOCTOR - Wrinkle Revenge Eye Balm it’s safe to use on your entire eye area, very silky, non-irritating and keeps me moisturized without being greasy. I’ve been using it for years and just can’t find anything I like better. Right now I’m using DE Shaba Complex Firming Serum under it. I can’t say much about that yet because I only started using the DE serum a week ago, nothing negative yet.
ooooo thank you @PalestShade i'll give this a look for sure!!
@Boudreau My fav eye cream is SHISEIDO - Benefiance Wrinkle Smoothing Eye Cream helps keep my fine lines at bay! And I use SHISEIDO - White Lucent Anti-Dark Circles Eye Cream for my dark circles! And I also use MILK MAKEUP Cooling Water Solid Gel Under-Eye Stick with Caffeine 1 oz / 30 g to bring puffyness down!
@Boudreau 2 of my favorites are Drunk Elephant C-Tango™ Vitamin C Eye Cream 0.5 oz/ 15 mL and The INKEY List Caffeine De-puffing + Dark Circle Eye Cream 15 ml.
oooooo I've never heard of The INKEY List Caffeine De-puffing + Dark Circle Eye Cream 15 ml - is this a new brand to Sephora? Thanks so much @faeriegirl
@Boudreau I believe the brand launched at Sephora last April. The eye cream is great for puffiness. I like to keep it in a mini fridge and it feels nice and refreshing.
@Boudreau I use Drunk Elephant C-Tango™ Vitamin C Eye Cream 0.5 oz/ 15 mLand ORIGINS - GinZing™ Refreshing Eye Cream to Brighten and Depuff at night I use LANEIGE - Eye Sleeping Maskor The Ordinary Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG Depuffing Eye Serum for Dark Circles 1 oz/ 30 mL
Hi @SportyGirly125 thanks very much!
I'll check out Drunk Elephant C-Tango™ Vitamin C Eye Cream 0.5 oz/ 15 mL for day and LANEIGE - Eye Sleeping Mask. Unfortunately the ORIGINS - GinZing™ Refreshing Eye Cream to Brighten and Depuffdid nothing for me after using it for more than three months straight and i'm so sad to say that my skin does not like anything from The Ordinary line.
I like the Dr. Dennis Gross serum mentioned below for anti-aging benefits. But my undereye area tends to get dry, so I love the super hydrating FARMACY - Dew It All Total Eye Cream.
Thanks @txcatx !!! I'll make sure to check it out both of those. Might steer clear from Dr. Dennis Gross serum though as I believe it has retinol in it and i'd like to avoid using products with retinol in them as i've heard that once you start, you can't stop. Thanks again!
I've really been living for the DR. DENNIS GROSS SKINCARE - Ferulic + Retinol Triple Correction Eye SerumFARMACY - Cheer Up Brightening Vitamin C Eye Cream with Acerola Cherry @Boudreau
Thanks so much @lmaster !
I've been really curious about Farmacy's new cherry eye balm as i've heard alot of mixed reviews....How long have you been using it? Have you found it has made a difference in moisture and under eye brightness? The Dr. Dennis product i'm less inclined to try as i'd like to stay away from anything with retinol it the ingredients list. Thanks again!
@Boudreau oh my gosh, I've been loving everything from the cherry line, and this FARMACY - Cheer Up Brightening Vitamin C Eye Cream with Acerola Cherryis no exception!! I've been using it for over 2 straight weeks and it does a great job at both hydrating and brightening, the cherry scent is unbelievable! The texture of the eye cream is like a whipped cream
