Favorite exfoliator?

What is your absolute favorite exfoliator and why?

Re: Favorite exfoliator?

My favorite exfoliator is Herbivore Blue Tansy AHA + BHA Resurfacing Clarity Mask! Because I have acne prone skin, I use AHA/BHA exfoliators (chemical) rather than physical exfoliators like sugar scrubs. It's good for all skin types (I'm oily) and helps with redness, acne, and pores. It tingles a little at first but my skin feels so soft and smooth after!!

RE: Favorite exfoliator?

I use Pro-activ+ exfoliating cleanser everyday, I have oily-combo/dry in other places skin, so I need a good everyday exfoliator. I love Dr. Dennis Gross peels. They work really well and give me a great glow. Exfoli-Kate, by Kate Somerville is nice as well and effective.

Re: Favorite exfoliator?

I love Pixi's peel pads, if you'd rather not rinse First Aid Beauty has really great exfoliating pads (facial radiance pads) for much cheaper than some others that do the same thing. My skin really loves glycolic and lactic acids, they seem to be the only thing too help with my texture and acne.

Philosophy Microdelivery Exfoliating Face Wash is gentle, smells nice and is great for in the shower! I also second the recommendation for Tatcha Rice. Powders are especially useful because you can customize your level of exfoliation. Another option I like is the Boscia Oil-Infused Exfoliating Powder. I travel a lot and appreciate any product I can get out of my 3-1-1 TSA liquids bag ✈️😍

RE: Favorite exfoliator?

I love neogen's biopeels. They are Non-abrasive pads that take off dead skin and brighten the face. Satisfying for those who like seeing things like blackheads being removed because you see your dead skin on the pad. Great for dry skin!

Re: Favorite exfoliator?

I love Olehenriksen pore balance facial sauna scrub. It gets warm when you put it on your skin and feels great after.

I use a hawian detox scrub with volcanic clay.

Re: Favorite exfoliator?

I like Fresh Sugar Polish!!!

Re: Favorite exfoliator?

I love GlamGlow cleansers and Ole Henriksen Sugar Glow

RE: Favorite exfoliator?

If you're ok to splurge, Dr Brandt microdermabrasion exfoliator (it's in a black tube) will make your skin look like you just had a facial. If you battle oiliest skin and/or large pores, then from Dr Brandt poredermabrasion exfoliator (it's in a blue tube and this one is less than the microderm). If both of these are still out of your budget, Ole Henrikson Walnut Scrub!

I use it for both! I have very sensitive skin and I don't find it too abrasive on my face. The sugar melts away as you use it so that makes it a little bit easier to not over - exfoliate.

I really like the cocorose exfoliator by herbivore. It smells and feels really, really luxurious and has natural ingredients which is important for my skin because I have chemical allergies. I also have dry skin so the cocorose moisturizes while it exfoliates and isn't too abrasive.

RE: Favorite exfoliator?

I love Amorepacific Treatment Enzyme Peel 😍

RE: Favorite exfoliator?

The Polish from Dr. Lancer. I love it!!! You can use it everyday.

Re: Favorite exfoliator?

Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta peels. They're miraculous. Seriously, they'll take off the dead skin on my nose after a cold or bad case of allergies. And they'll quickly banish pimples that are just starting to form.

RE: Favorite exfoliator?

Tatcha rice enzyme exfoliate. I find I get a way better exfoliation with using this chemical exfoliate as opposed to a mechanical exfoliate (I.e with beads and grains). The tatcha rice enzyme lasts super long too as it comes in a powder and u mix it with water to get your desired consistency- a little goes a LONG way!
