Facial oils and SPF protection.

Whatโ€™s the best way/product to get this? Currently, if I put my oil over my sunscreen the base layer will ball up and create an unworkable consistency. If I put sunscreen over my oil I lose the blending and dewy benefits of the oil.

Josie Maran Argan moisturizer spf 47. Itโ€™s clean at Sephora, a moisturizer and spf so you can skip a step. It does leave a white cast for a few minutes, but if spf protection is important to you, thatโ€™s just something youโ€™ll have to deal with. Itโ€™s the least โ€œoilyโ€ or โ€œshinyโ€ leaving me product Iโ€™ve found. Iโ€™ve tried them all, DE, Origins, Sheisido, but you just have to find what works best for your skin.

I have been using oils instead of moisturizer consistently for the last 2 weeks, @kcjeann . I have also been using my DRUNK ELEPHANT - Umbraโ„ข Sheer Physical Daily Defense Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 30and feel it absolutely does not mess with the bledibility of the oil. It actually pairs very well with any oil.

@kcjeann Sunscreen should be your last step of skincare in the morning, so if you're using an oil in the a.m., it should be going on underneath of your sunscreen. You may need to play around with the right combination to find two that will work together.
