Facial broken capillaries / veins / redness

My face is getting worse and worse. I have a good skincare routine with the best products. Rarely wear makeup ever. No acne. Dry skin is normal as i live up north. Humidifiers going always to balance it out. I dont have rosacea. But my face is almost completely red with broken capillaries/veins. Cheeks/side of nose. Bright red very visible veins. Had a few only last year. But seems like they are multiplying this year and i dont know why. I cant afford the fancy treatments. I read that retinol helps? Never used it before. Does it actually helps. Any other solutions? Help. What do i do what do i buy

Re: Facial broken capillaries / veins / redness

Hi, @maryanmeow !  I recommend going to a dermatologist to get a professional diagnosis.  It could be rosacia, an allergic reaction to one or more ingredients in your skincare, dermatitis, the cold weather, or any number of other issues.

Re: Facial broken capillaries / veins / redness

Okay same thing happened with me. So what I did was try to limit touching my face. So when you get home you wash your hands and try to get any pimples or blackheads out
