When should I be applying face oil

@Youready Technically, it depends on what kind of oil you're using. But I usually just add it before my evening moisturizer or add a couple of drops to that moisturizer.

Hi @Youready,

I usually apply oil before my moisturizer.  My favorite night oil is the Kiehl's Since 1851 Midnight Recovery Concentrate Moisturizing Face Oil 1 oz/ 30 ml .  I love the smell as it relaxes me and my skin feels hydrated and looks better in the morning.

Oil is the last step before your moisturizer. That's the best way to use it.

@Youready I like to apply it as my last step for extra hydration since I have dry/combo skin. I also mix it into my foundation.  There are others time I apply it after my essence and then again as the last step.

@Youready If you are applying your oil during the daytime, I would suggest using it before your moisturizer. If you are applying it at night, I would suggest using it after cleansing your skin.
