Have you tried the Sephora collection sheet masks? I think they are great especially as an intro to sheet masks.

Depends if you're looking for a sheet mask or a wash off mask. For less than 40$ I would recommend Glamglow Flashmud and Kiehl's Turmeric & Cranberry. For sheet masks I go for Garnier SkinActive sheet masks, I personally find it does the job in brightening my skin and it's very affordable.
