Face, Neck, and Eye Mosturizers?

Hi im looking for some good face, neck and under eye moisturizers! I'm someone with fairly normal skin but harsh winters do dry me out. I also have dark eye circles and fine lines under my eyes. I'm a working gal and want something i can apply in the mornings and have it keep my face hydrated all day under makeup. What are some products that you find works best for you?

(also I've tried the following products and didn't really feel like they did a great job at properly hydrating my skin so if you have any other suggestions I'd love to hear them!)
