Eye cream for dark circles

Does anyone have any good recommendations on an eye cream for dark circles that actually works?

Using both The Ordinary Caffeine serum and Hyolauric Acid AND the It Bye Bye undereye, with decent results, but still looking for my HG.

I second this (although I haven't tried the HA).  I recently started using The Ordinary Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG.  It's the only eye cream/serum I've ever used that has made a noticeable difference in my dark circles, and it happened quickly.  The Bye Bye Undereye does a decent job covering and brightening.  I might try something else when it runs out, though.

I have really dark eyes bags and I've been using It Cosmetic's Bye Bye Under Eye eye cream which has helped quite a bit!
