Eczema on hands

I have eczema on my palms that gets worse every year when it starts to get cold....has anyone found a product that will help with this? I’m looking for something fairly heavy duty because I work in cold conditions with my hands in sinks constantly, which really dries them out too.

@hopkinss33 I live in Minnesota and go through this every year.  I always use cortisone cream.  It's cheap but it works great!

First Aid Beauty has some heavy duty creams that work for my body, however if you’re looking for something to put on your hands then I would recommend Cerave or Avene cicalfate cream. They really lock in moisture and help soothe the skin.

I have had eczema my whole life and the colder months also kill my skin but, luckily it is not flared up currently. I have not found a lot of non prescription items that have helped but, creams like Cerva and baby lotions have helped a ton! Also I mostly take showers but, when my skin flares I take a bath with oatmeal and that helps as well, have you tried any of those?

I have this too, and from over-washing my hands. They get so dry that they crack. Try the Bliss Handcream! It's helped so much, and smells amazing. and not irritating at all
