Dupe for Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream?

This has been my go-to for well over a decade.   It was recently reformulated and I don't care for the new version.   I've about depleted my stash and already see breakdown on my hands.  Does anyone know of a dupe?  I think the secret is the glycerin in it.  

BTW, @WinglessOne I know you're a guru.  Any hand creams that you recommend?  Thanks!

Have you tried La Roche Posay Cicaplast Hand Cream?  I'm not sure if it's a dupe for the Neutrogena Norwegian Formula, but I have very dry hands and this seems to work well for me.
