Drunk Elephant: Protini or lala retro?

Hey, I’ve been stuck on these two products as a night cream. My skins more combination and I have redness. I’m 21 years old and I’ve been wondering out of those 2, which I should get to incorporate into my skincare? I tried protini as a birthday present and I really liked how it felt on my skin, it wasn’t overly moisturizing and it wasn’t tacky at all as well. My skin looks dull and stressed because of school and work, and I have pretty dark eye circles.

I liked Protini samples too and purchased it. Once getting it into my routine as my day cream I found it wasn’t moisturizing enough. My combo skin is really dry right now because of the weather. I tried Lala Retro as my night cream and it was so much more hydrating, thought it was going to be perfect, maybe even something I could use day and night, loved the way it felt, but it broke me out. That’s just me, your experience could be different. So I ended up adding more oil to Protini during the day and I’m trying Biossance Omega Repair mixed with oil at night.

I’m sold on the Protini, I have both and find that my skin is a little more oily with the Lala Retro, which seemed to clog my pores a bit.

I would suggest Drunk Elephant Protini™ Polypeptide Firming Refillable Moisturizer 1.69 oz/ 50 mLin my personal experience, lala has been too heavy for my skin @CherrysBerrys

Start with protini is really good amazing you will feel the difference after 3 or 4 days you will be really happy , I am using lala the day I am tired and I can’t make my night routine it will be more enough and you will be happy in the morning ❤️❤️I love DL product it is expensive but worth it and try mix protini with vitamin c morning routine amazing learn how to make mix for DL it is the best ever follow drunk elephant in Instagram you will learn a lot 👍

@CherrysBerrys I love both Lala Retro and Protini. I find Protini really plumps my skin, while Lala is more of a rich moisturizer. I put Protini on in the morning and use Lala at night. If you're looking for a night cream, I would go with Lala.

@CherrysBerrys  I also prefer Lala retro. I travel between different climates a lot and it keeps my skin from drying out.

Drunk Elephant Lala Retro™ Nourishing Whipped Refillable Moisturizer 1.69 oz/ 50 mL is a whipped texture and a bit more rich, it is my personal preference of the two but my skin is on the dry side.
