Does Mia Smart spin?

Hi everyone, would like to know if Clarisonic Mia Smart spins? Started using my facial spin device again and was thinking of upgrading to Mia smart but enjoy the spin cleanse, as I have mature skin. Thank you.

Hi there!! To answer your question about the Mia Smart, and does it spin? The answer is NO! it doesn't spin, it oscillates, or wiggles so it doesn't tear or pull the skin and is gentle enough for mature skin to use. Yes they are closing shop and everything is on sale right now, so I would buy it and a couple of replacement brush heads for future use. I Guarantee you that you'll love the device and know what to look for if you want to find a similar product. ☺️

@Solynx It looks like the entire Clarisonic brand is shutting down production of devices and replacement brushes. You might want to wait for more info before you buy!

Thank you! I just heard about about that as well. Surprised me, since it's so popular. Will have to find another who also offers replacement heads.

Yes it spins!! However, for more mature skin I would recommend using a method that is a bit more gentle on the skin as the spinning brushes can actually tug on the skin and create more visible signs of aging. Maybe try exfoliating 1-2 times a week and using a gentle foaming cleanser the other days -- using your hands! Just a suggestion 🙂
