Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant v. Tatcha Rice Powder

Has anyone used both the Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant and Tatcha Rice Powder?  If so, which do you prefer and why?  Do you use them in the AM or PM?  I'm looking for an exfoliator for combo skin that can be prone to breakouts.  Also wondering if I would I still be able to use a bakuchiol oil/serum after using either of these?  Thanks for your advice!
