Defective Pump?

Recently repurchased my favorite skincare product, the Ren Gentle Cleansing Milk and after a couple (2 or 3 times of use) the tube of the pump somehow collapsed and became defective therefore I'm unable to get product out of the container. When I first purchased the item, I noticed I had more trouble getting it to work, then I did with the previous purchase. 

Am I still able to exchange the product? I love the product itself and would love to keep on using it, but I'm unable to pump out any of it.

Absolutely!  Take it back and they'll exchange it.  I had the same issue with a Caudalie Beauty Elixir but not until it was about 1/3 used.  They exchanged it with no questions.
