Charging Foreo Luna Mini 2 Sound

Hi There,

 

Did anyone have a problem with their Mini 2 making a high pitch noise while charging? It makes the noise both when its plugged in on the laptop or the wall.. Is this normal? Should I go back to Sephora and Exchange it?
