What is your one deserted island skincare product? What cannot you not live without regardless of price? Mine is the La Mer soft cream.

Aquaphor Ointment. It has so many uses: lip balm, eye cream, skin healer, wound protector, full face, body, and scalp moisturizer... possibly even hair gel/moisturizer in a pinch. 

The only thing it can't do is protect me from UVA/UVB rays. Aquaphor does sell an SPF 30 lip balm but I'm not a big fan of it, and I'd need a kajillion tubes of it on that deserted island to do everything plain ol' Aquaphor ointment can do. Hmm... hopefully I get stranded on that island with a bag full of UV-protection clothing, hat, and sunglasses, so I can at least cover myself up sans sunscreen. 

Too bad no sunscreen can do what Aquaphor does. Otherwise I'd for sure pick something like OMI Verdio UV Moisture Essence SPF 50 PA++++ or Supergoop! Unseen Sunscreen Invisible Broad Spectrum SPF 40 PA +++ 1.7 oz/ 50 mL , or a CoTZ mineral sunscreen.

Hmmm, I mean SPF is a given, but I don't have a loved one.

I do love eye cream.  belif Moisturizing Eye Bomb or IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Brightening Eye Cream for Dark Circles 0.5 oz

SPF 50+.  If I had to choose a specific one from Sephora I'd pick the Josie Maran Argan Daily Moisturizer Tinted SPF 47 Protect + Perfect .  It's moisturizing enough that it could stand in as a moisturizer as well and it's the most important part of my routine.  Anti-aging, helps with skin tone, and can prevent skin cancer.  If I could add in a second it would be a good cleanser.  If I'm only allowed to have one product though @young519  it's gotta be a high SPF.

Only one item on a deserted island? Awe man. That’s a hard one. My HG moisturizer (which Is my nighttime moisturizer and I would definitely need for my dry skin) has no SPF. 😮

My deserted island would hopefully inhabit some diehard skincare enthusiasts at some point and we’d all be willing to share our products. LOL

it’s gotta be La Mer Crème de la Mer Moisturizer  I often stray from it to try others but I’ve yet to find anything quite as hydrating.

I’m 47 w/dry skin, so it’s all about anti-aging and moisture, moisture, moisture. My one item would be my Lancôme Rénergie Lift Multi-Action Day Cream w/SPF. I was thinking of choosing the night cream as it’s even thicker and more nourishing, but you said I’d be on an island so I figured I’d need the SPF;)
