Can’t find the Lot Code on my Clarisonic Mia Smart?

Just bought this from Sephora, and in order to register the device online (to activate the warranty), you need to input the Lot Code on your device. It’s supposed to be on the bottom of the handle but there’s nothing there? Sorry if this isn’t the appropriate group to post in, not sure where to direct this question!

I just had the same problem but the code that worked was 9 digits, and all numbers, (started with 181). It is on the left hand side under where the brush head goes 🙂

I'm having the same problem. I tried ever number I could find with no luck.

I'm entering the lot code and its telling me invalid code 

this is frustrating!

I used the numbers “181” and then the numbers at the bottom of the box. Hope it helps

hi did you ever figure yours out? I'm having the exact same problem .It's the right lot code but it's saying invalid.

Thanks for that info. I used the 181- code as well. I got a response that said "Thanks for registering your undefined" so I hope it worked.

@mmd7 Mine was not on the bottom of the handle and I just got one not to long ago. Mine was actually where the brush head goes.

@GG84 Thanks! I see a few codes there, but none of them are working. The one that has letters AND numbers also has a hyphen/dash in it, and it’s coming up as an invalid lot code 😞 Was yours a mix of letters and numbers?

@mmd7 Hm thats interesting mine worked. I also got a piece of paper with my Registration number written on it and instructions on how to activate it - I bought from Clarisonic direct though.
